Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel Lake Buena Vista, Lake Buena Vista

My experience at this resort was quite mixed. While the staff showed exceptional service, particularly the concierge team, I faced numerous issues that made my stay frustrating. The dining options were enjoyable, yet the facilities felt dated. Despite being in a convenient location near attractions, I felt the overall atmosphere and some amenities were underwhelming for the price I paid.

My stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming. While I appreciated the property's attractive appearance and the occasional friendly staff member, the experience was marred by poor service and disappointing dining options. The room left much to be desired, and the additional fees felt unjustified for what was offered. Overall, I would be hesitant to return due to these issues.

The resort boasts a spacious layout with many dining options and newly renovated rooms, making it appealing for both business and family stays. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly the breakfast offerings, but the self-parking situation could use improvement as it's somewhat inconvenient. While the pool area is an excellent amenity, the closure of the signature pool is a significant downside that should be transparently communicated to guests before booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort, where the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special, particularly for my daughter's birthday. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was beautiful, although the water temperature was a bit chilly for our taste. Dining options were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the amenities. While everything was mostly perfect, the slightly dated appearance of the room and cooler pool temperatures were minor drawbacks.
